Skowhegan?More than 20 employers are recruiting at the Skowhegan CareerCenter from 2 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, January18. All employers are seeking qualified employees to fill current positions. Job seekers are encouraged to dress appropriately, bring a current resume and be prepared to interview. The CareerCenter is located at 98 North Avenue in Skowhegan.
?As Maine continues its historic run of low unemployment, now is the perfect time to find work as we head into a new year," said Governor Paul R. LePage. "Maine employers have over 10,000 jobs listed on Maine JobLink, from entry level to professional. CareerCenters continue to sponsor monthly job fairs and provide no-cost job search assistance, resume writing workshops and career counseling.
