About the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services The Bureau of Rehabilitation Services works to provide full access to employment, independence and community integration for people with disabilities. It is comprised of three Divisions: Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Division of Deafness and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation as well as the Office of the State Accessibility Coordinator. The Bureau serves over 11,000 Mainers annually.
