Holiday Reminder: State Offices Closed on February 20

State offices, to include the CareerCenters and the Maine Department of Labor office in Augusta, will be closed on Monday, February 20, 2017, in observance of President's Day.

Unemployment benefit payments for those who file their weekly claim on Friday evening, February 17, through Monday, February 20, may be delayed until Wednesday, February 22.

Benefit recipients are reminded that the fastest way to file is online at http://www.file4ui.com . Expect longer wait times on the phones if you need to speak to a customer service representative when state offices reopen. We apologize for the inconvenience.
