Notice: Billing error may affect some past and current claimants who owe the Department of Labor for overpayments

Overpayment notices mailed the week of June 30, 2014, may indicate an incorrect balance. These notices are only mailed to individuals who are former or current claimants and owe the department money related to an overpayment of benefits.

If you received one of these notices, there is no need to contact the Department of Labor. Corrected notices reflecting the current balance will be mailed the week of July 7, 2014.

The Department apologizes for any inconvenience these notices have caused.
