AUGUSTA - The Legislature's Health and Human Services Committee voted Friday to advance LD 282, An Act to Allow the Department of Health and Human Services to Authorize Standing Orders, sponsored by Rep. Anne Graham, D-North Yarmouth.
AUGUSTA - Rep. Colleen Madigan, D-Waterville, introduced legislation Friday that would require MaineCare, the state's Medicaid plan, to provide coverage for children under 7 years of age.
LD 200 would require the Department of Health and Human Services to provide MaineCare coverage to children under 7 that are not covered by an employer-sponsored or private health plan, regardless of the family's income.
AUGUSTA - Rep. Jim Boyle, D-Gorham, introduced legislation Thursday that, with an amendment, would require developers to establish a plan for responsibly decommissioning energy storage facilities after they have reached the end of their useful life.
