Speaker of the House, Ryan Fecteau

Ryan M. Fecteau, Speaker of the House

Ryan M. Fecteau is Speaker of the House of Representatives. As Speaker of the House, he is responsible for presiding over all actions of the House of Representatives. In his service to the state, he has also chaired the Labor, Commerce, Research and Economic Development Committee and served a term as Assistant Majority Leader. 

Majority Leader Matt Moonen

Matt Moonen, House Majority Leader

Rep. Matt Moonen is the House Majority Leader. In this role, he is the leader of the House Democratic Caucus, also known as the floor leader, and is the second-highest elected official in the caucus. He is responsible for establishing caucus priorities and messaging, leading caucus meetings and discussions, and helping to shape the agenda of the House chamber, including the order in which legislation is taken up. His office also provides staff and support to all House Democratic members.

Lori K. Gramlich, Assistant Majority Leader

Rep. Lori K. Gramlich is the Assistant House Majority Leader. Her role includes working with the Majority Leader to establish and advance caucus priorities, securing votes for important legislation on the House floor and filling in for the Majority Leader in their absence. She also provides guidance and resources for first-term members to help them become more comfortable and effective in their new roles as members of the House.
