The federal deadline to implement the EVV requirements for Home Health providers delivering services under Section 40 and Hospice providers delivering services under Section 43 happened January 1, 2023.
We continue to offer weekly provider and aggregator trainings and forums. All trainings and forums are online via Microsoft Teams.

On April 6, 2023, we notified providers there was an issue with the creation of EVV records containing the combination of procedure code H2021 and the modifier TJ.
MaineCare dental providers may be experiencing claims submission issues with the HealthPAS Online Portal that affects the ability to submit multiple service lines on claims. We anticipate the issue will be resolved by the end of the month and will send another message at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
