 Using the LHO Complaint Chart to Solve the Mold Problem

It is the responsibility of all LHOs to handle complaints received from constituents.  As previously stated, the LHO will deal with many problems that may not fit within a set of predetermined solution.  Nonetheless, to successively accomplish your duties and responsibilities, it is essential that you approach each challenge confidently and positively.

You have been provided with an Standard LHO Complaint Flowcharts (PDF) and a Diagram of the Complaint processes (PDF). The first document describes in detail the steps to follow. The second document is a diagram of the steps to follow when working on a complaint.
