Surveys

The PRAMS questionnaire is typically revised every two to five years to address current public health issues and U.S. and Maine public health priorities. Supplements are periodically added to the survey to address topics of emerging interest. Supplements are time limited. Below are the questionnaires and supplements used for each period.
