The Department adopts the repeal of the 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 325; 1987 Flood Recovery Policy. The 1987 Flood Recovery program was established by the Maine State Legislature's 113th Session to assist individuals impacted by the April 1987 flood. The 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 325 rule is outdated and considered obsolete. This rule has been repealed.

This rule will not have an adverse impact on municipalities or small businesses.
