The Following Rule is Proposed: 

10-144 C.M.R. Chapter 325; 1987 Flood Recovery Policy – Repeal 

Principal Reason(s) or Purpose for Proposing this Rule [see 5 M.R.S. § 8057-A(1)(A)]: The Department proposes to repeal 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 325; 1987 Flood Recovery Policy. The 1987 Flood Recovery program was established by the Maine State Legislature’s 113th Session to assist individuals impacted by the April 1987 flood. The 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 325 rule is outdated and considered obsolete.

The Department considered the Americans with Disabilities Act Title II, Web and Mobile Application Accessibility Rule, 22 M.R.S. § 42(1), and Department expertise during the development of this rule.

Public Hearing(s): No public hearing is scheduled.
