Formally known as “An Act To Establish Universal Home Care for Seniors and Persons with Disabilities”, Question 1 is the only initiated bill that will be presented to Maine voters during this November’s referendum election. Included with his comment was a technical analysis of the referendum language that was completed by Maine Revenue Services. 

On June 25, 2018, Secretary Dunlap announced that he had modified the final wording of the ballot question in response to submission received during the public comment period.
