Figure 37. Identified regions of concern within the northern portion of region 3 (Old Orchard Beach, Surfside, Grand Beach, and Pine Point). The northern part of Old Orchard Beach appears vulnerable due to thin total widths, while erosion may affect the stabilized portion of Surfside (at the old Little River Inlet). Grand Beach and Pine Point may continue to accrete.
