Unemployment System Maintenance Scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 25

On Sunday, September 25, the online unemployment claims system for both claimants and employers will be unavailable due to routine system maintenance. The affected systems include the unemployment claims filing system, including both filing by phone and the web, unemployment appeals filing, new employer registration for unemployment, employer registration for SIDES E-Response and the filing of unemployment taxes. The maintenance will begin at 7 a.m., and we expect services to be back online by 4 p.m. that same day.

Maine JobLink is not affected by this scheduled maintenance and will be available during the outage. We apologize for any inconvenience.
