Grant enrollment underway in Houlton and Belfast school districts!
As of May 1, 2025, Pathways to Partnerships Grant services are now available in the Houlton (RSU 29) and Belfast (RSU 71) school districts. Students with disabilities ages 10-22 may apply for inclusion by completing a grant enrollment form https://forms.office.com/g/4QAZhscWgD.
