Proposed Rulemaking
A public hearing will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 10:00 for the proposed rule changes. The hearing will be in person at the Augusta Central Office, 442 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Augusta or via MS Teams using this link: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/282766004849769?p=XNgqW8cQk7mx1G1Qbl
Due to carpet installation at the Central Office, the public hearing has been moved down the hall to the Augusta Regional Office in Suite 225. Please use the entrance on the side of 442 Civic Center Drive and follow the signs to the Regional Office.
Public comments are due by 4:00 PM on Monday, October 19, 2026. Please submit them to Richard Hewes at richard.hewes@maine.gov.
