Summary: Introduction to Westlaw Precision is designed to ensure that you can utilize most of the feature in this new legal research platform. In this class we will start with an overview of the Precision research attributes. Next, we will show you how the new Artificial Intelligence feature can help you jump start your research project. We will cover the additional Key Cite features including the Overruling risk, and overruled in part symbols, as well as Keycite cases cite with mine feature. Lastly, we will cover some of the user enhancements including the keep list, outline, builder, and graphical display of your search history.
This CLE is appropriate for all audiences—no familiarity with prior versions of Westlaw or other research workflows required. After completing this course, you will see how Westlaw Precision can help you be more confident in your search results.
