Summary: PDS is hosting an Adult Public Defense Conference from October 19th through October 21st, 2026. Attendees will hear from national and local experts on relevant and emerging adult criminal defense topics. The conference will be eligible for payment in accordance with Chapter 7-C.

Time spent attending trainings sponsored by PDS may be compensable pursuant to Chapter 7-C. That Chapter establishes attendance and eligibility requirements that govern whether Counsel may attend and receive payment for the time they spend attending PDS sponsored trainings.
