Rep. Eaton applauds Community Action Grant funding for coastal and island communities

AUGUSTA – On May 1, the Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future announced that several communities in House District 15 have been selected as recipients of Community Action Grant awards from the Community Resilience Partnership.

Southwest Harbor will receive an award of $74,500 to be used for emergency preparedness, access to public EV charging stations and community resilience.

Rep. Montell applauds Community Action Grant funding for Gardiner

AUGUSTA – On May 1, the Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future announced that Gardiner has been selected as a recipient of a Community Action Grant award from the Community Resilience Partnership.

Gardiner will receive an award of $75,000 to be used for heat pump installations in municipal buildings.

Rep. Macias applauds Community Action Grant funding for Topsham

AUGUSTA – On May 1, the Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future announced that the Town of Topsham has been selected as a recipient of a Community Action Grant award from the Community Resilience Partnership.

Topsham will receive an award of $69,038 to be used to support its Streets for People initiative, which aims to help create safe, efficient and accessible transportation networks for everyone.
