    Truly engaging patients in their healthcare is a goal of innovation currently underway in Maine. This breakout will discuss the SIM evaluation results to date and explore suggestions for how patients and providers can be openly engaged.

  • The Proliferation of Portals: How Significant an Issue for Improving Care? (Facilitator: Hanley Center for Health Leadership)
    Healthcare providers have many ways of accessing information for patients in Maine. This breakout session will discuss ideas for simplifying and improving access on a shorter term and longer term basis. We will also explore the use of data and reports available through the portals….how are practices using data and what ways that those best practices can be proliferated.

  • The Role of Care Coordination: More or Too Much of a Good Thing?
