The pandemic has pushed most people to their edge, making them more irritable and less able to tolerate frustration. This training offers suggestions to diffuse intense situations. Participants will differentiate between reactions and responses, learn techniques to stay grounded, and gain skills to de-escalate situations. Utilizing scenarios common to the current phase of living and working through the pandemic and beyond, participants will be able to put these skills into practice through this interactive training.
