This workshop provides a positive, proactive approach to accountability. Emphasis is on the importance of accountability in a workplace's culture, including signs and risks of an unaccountable environment. Participants will examine how accountability functions in their lives both in and outside of work and learn strategies for keeping themselves and their staff members accountable. Specific strategies are discussed for establishing accountability ahead of anassignment, reinforcing accountability during an assignment, and responding to accountability problems in work product or conduct.
