Effective January 1, 2020 all applicants for licensure (endorsement, examination, renewals and advanced practice registered nurses) will be required to complete the applications on-line. Paper applications will be removed from the Maine State Board of Nursing website. If applicants submit a paper application after this date, the applicant will be requested to complete the on-line application.
