Unlicensed practice or holding oneself out as a nurse without a license for 90 days or less: Lapsed License Letter of Concern regarding timely renewal and license requirements to remain in the file for a period of 5 years.
Unlicensed practice or holding oneself out as a nurse without a license for 91 days or more:
- consent agreement offer for an admission, warning, and $500 fine; or
- at the discretion of the Executive Director, schedule the licensee to meet with the Board.
Unlicensed practice or holding oneself out as a nurse without a license while having a Lapsed License Letter of Concern on file: consent agreement offer for an admission, warning and a $500 fine.
