After you have completed all required fields
on the registration form you will view a Registration Preview which will display
a summary of all registration fields.
You may print this page using the standard browser print or the
Print button on the page, if
desired.
In order to make changes, you will need to click on Back and
return to the step where a correction is needed. If no corrections are needed,
you can SUBMIT your registration form by
clicking on the SUBMIT button
located on the Preview and Submit Registration page.
If you have entered all information correctly, then you will be
taken to another page that thanks you for completing your registration.
