       The Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal provides vendors with a single entry point to register, update registration demographics and commodity interests, browse for solicitations, view commodity history, partner with vendors, ask questions, attend public bid openings, and browse for awards (pending and completed).  VSS operates on a web server separate from the Advantage Procurement System.  A user can enter the VSS portal as a registered user or as a new user via Public Access.
