REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #

The Dirigo Health Agency (The Agency) and the Governor’s Office of Health Policy and Finance (GOHPF) are seeking to partner with a marketing firm to execute a marketing plan to advance the goal of reducing the rate of uninsured in the State of Maine. A full description of the requirements and specifications are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP is available on the Agency’s website at www.dirigohealth.com

Sealed proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the Division of Purchases, 111 Sewall Street, Burton Cross Office Building, 4th Floor, 9 State House Station, Augusta, ME 04333. Proposals must include one (1) original and five (5) duplicate copies. The face of the package, whether mailed or hand delivered, must bear the following legend, Dirigo Health Agency, Request for Proposal # RFP200910530 - Marketing Services. Proposals will be publicly opened and the name of the bidders announced at the date, time, and location specified above. No other information will be made public prior to evaluation of proposals and contract award notification. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered. There are no exceptions. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
