The State of Maine, Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of General Services (BGS), on behalf of the Office of Information Technology is seeking proposals to lease approximately 5,650 square feet of highly specialized space for the purpose of relocating the state’s existing data center. The existing facility has a lease term through October 2012 and the State will not be extending the lease. The State will consider existing, renovated, or new construction located within 100 miles, not to exceed 2.5 hours of driving time, from Augusta, Maine.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting involving interested bidders and representatives of the State of Maine will be held on Friday, October 16, 2009, at the Burton M. Cross Building, 111 Sewall Street, 4th Floor, Room 400, Augusta, Maine beginning at 10 a.m. (EST).
