Poor job fit can result in lost effectiveness and efficiency for the services DHHS provides. This half day training is for experienced DHHS supervisors and managers that would like a review of the hiring process for the State of Maine and a brush up on skills. The policies, procedures to follow and some best practice tips will be highlighted. |
