| Details: | Conflict is inevitable in human relationships and interactions. The real test of successful conflict resolution is determined by the way a conflict is handled. This training addresses 2 sources of workplace conflict: values collisions and conflict of needs, identifies choices we have in resolving issues and presents a model to foster collaborative problem solving to build and maintain working relationships. |
