Service Notice: Personal Visit Scheduling Temporarily Unavailable for Adult Facilities
Personal visit scheduling is temporarily unavailable from September 25 through October 6, 2026, while we complete a system upgrade.
- Existing Personal Visits: All personal visits scheduled and confirmed before the September 25, 12:00pm, cutoff will still take place as planned.
- New Personal Visits: New personal visits cannot be scheduled during the temporary pause. Scheduling is expected to resume Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
- Professional Visits: Professional visits will continue as normal. Professional visitors should contact the facility directly for assistance with scheduling.
- Long Creek Youth Development Center visit scheduling is not affected by the system upgrade and will proceed as normal.
