Before contacting InforME for support:

  • FTP issues: Read our FTP Setup Instructions and FTP FAQ. Check that you are using the correct FTP username, password, host, and directory path in Dreamweaver.
  • General connectivity issues: If your site appears to be down, please check first that there is not a state network problem before contacting InforME. We recommend that you contact the OIT Help Desk and open a ticket. 
  • Intranet issues: InforME has no role in the state's Intranet. Please contact the OIT Help Desk for any issues or questions related to the Intranet. 
  • Read any relevant tutorials/instructions on this site, and if you're dealing with a Drupal issue. For Dreamweaver issues try the Adobe Support site

    2. If you are unsure who your coordinator is, please contact the Web Services Team at OIT.
    3. Call the OIT helpdesk at 624-7700 to open a Footprint ticket to have an available software license installed or to purchase the software.
