The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to award a lease to a private entity that would construct an outpatient clinic for VA to lease and operate for up to 20 years at 1120 Stillwater Avenue in Bangor, ME. The parcel is approximately 19 acres with an area of disturbance of approximately 10 acres.
