The U.S. Coast Guard proposes to redevelop and repair its waterfront facility at Station Rockland at 54 Tillson Ave, Rockland, ME 04841. This includes the reconstruction of a 48,000-square-foot pier, 1,300 square feet of floating docks, 5,216 square feet of storage buildings, and various related utilities. Additionally, the proposed activity includes new construction of a 15,063-square-foot cutter support/boat maintenance building and a 4,780-square-foot covered mooring. This action is subject to review for consistency with the enforceable policies of Maine Coastal Program under 15 CFR 930, subpart C.
