Public Notice of Federal Consistency Review NOAA Proposed Rule to Implement the ICCAT Recommendations on North Atlantic Swordfish, South Atlantic Swordfish, North Atlantic Albacore, and Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Quotas

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) proposes to implement recent binding recommendations of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) on quotas for North Atlantic swordfish, South Atlantic swordfish, North Atlantic albacore, and Atlantic bluefin tuna for the Atlantic coast, Gulf of America, and Caribbean. This action is subject to review for consistency with the enforceable policies of Maine Coastal Program under 15 CFR 930, subpart C.
