The Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide Federal Housing Authority mortgage insurance financing for the proposed construction of a 128-unit multifamily development at 410 Auburn Street, Portland, ME 04103. Approximately 13,555 square feet of freshwater forested wetlands would be directly impacted by the project. This action is subject to review for consistency with the enforceable policies of Maine Coastal Program under 15 CFR 930, subpart C.
