The Maine Office of Community Affairs’ Development Ready Advisory Committee (DRAC) will hold two meetings on May 27: an in-person meeting to vote on the virtual meeting participation policy in Marquardt Room 118, and, if the virtual meeting policy is approved, a general meeting following in Marquardt Room 118 and virtually on Zoom.
The DRAC is a committee that brings together expertise from state, regional, and local partners to develop and share best practices in infrastructure, land use, housing, economic development, conservation, and historic preservation. The committee also provides guidance and coordination to help municipalities successfully navigate each stage of the community development process. The public is welcome to attend meetings and provide input by contacting MOCA staff or commenting at meetings.
