As directed by LD 364, MOCA is hosting public meetings to gather feedback and discuss potential legislative proposals for the Manufactured Housing Act.
On October 14, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., the public meeting will discuss manufactured housing community residents’ rights and responsibilities.

In addition to public feedback, MOCA will work with state agency partners, industry representatives, municipal officials, residents, manufactured housing community owners, installers, manufacturers, and other interested parties.
MOCA will consider public and stakeholder feedback alongside the final deliverables from the Building Codes and Manufactured Housing Study being conducted by the International Code Council (ICC) to develop a proposed restructuring of the Manufactured Housing Act and any associated statutory or rule changes. Recommendations will be submitted to the Legislature by January 1, 2027.
