On May 20, 2024, and May 22, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., a Presiding Officer of the Maine Commission on Public Defense Services (“Commission”) will convene an adjudicatory hearing to receive evidence and decide whether grounds exist to suspend Daniel Feldman, Esq. (Bar #5638) from rosters of candidates for acceptance of assignments from the Commission. The hearing will be held in Room 500 of the Burton Cross Building, 111 Sewall Street, Augusta, Maine 04330. Members of the public may also attend remotely via Zoom.
Applications for intervention pursuant to 5 M.R.S. § 9054 will be accepted up to the commencement of the hearing. Any application for intervention should be sent to the following email address: Stephen.brochu@maine.gov
