AUGUSTA – Rep. Anne Graham, D-North Yarmouth, and Senate Majority Leader Teresa S. Pierce, D-Falmouth, will hold office hours on Friday, Oct. 10 from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Wescustago Hall and Community Center. The community center is located at 120 Memorial Highway in North Yarmouth. Appointments are not necessary.
Office hours provide constituents with an opportunity to hear updates from Augusta, ask questions about policymaking and share opinions on state matters. They also serve as an opportunity for residents to get help navigating state agencies and voice concerns.
“As we plan for what we hope to accomplish in the upcoming January legislative session, your feedback is especially important and helps inform better policy decisions,” said Graham. “I hope you’ll stop by and have a tea at our upcoming constituent office hours.”
"Hearing directly from residents of North Yarmouth is so important to my work as your state senator," said Sen. Pierce. "Rep. Graham and I worked on a number of bipartisan issues last year, many of which we brought to our attention by local residents. I hope you'll join us and share what's on your mind."
Rep. Anne Graham is serving her fourth non-consecutive term in the Maine House of Representatives. Graham is a member of the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services and the Joint Standing Committee on Veterans and Legal Affairs. She represents the community members of North Yarmouth and part of Gray.
Sen. Teresa Pierce is serving her second term in the Maine Senate, representing Senate District 25, which includes Falmouth, Cumberland, North Yarmouth, Yarmouth (majority), Gray and Long Island. She also serves as the Senate Majority Leader and as a member of both the Education and Cultural Affairs Committee and Transportation Committee.
