Rep. Vicki Doudera, D-Camden, House Speaker Ryan Fecteau, D-Biddeford, and fellow lawmakers welcomed Anna Carpenter of
Camden at the State House Thursday. Carpenter was awarded the 2025 Legislative Memorial Scholarship for Knox County.
Anna, who will graduate from the University of Maine at Augusta this spring, has won this award three times and was also honored at the State House in 2023 and 2024.
