Rep. Amy D. Kuhn is serving her second term in the Maine House of Representatives. She is the House chair of the Judiciary Committee and serves on NCSL's Task Force on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Privacy.

Previously, Kuhn served for six years as a Falmouth Town Councilor, including three as chair. She also served as president of Falmouth Memorial Library's Board of Trustees, co-chair of the library's building capital campaign and as a volunteer for the Falmouth Food Pantry. Outside of her work as an elected official, Kuhn has worked with nonprofit organizations for nearly 20 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Goucher College, a J.D. from George Washington University and is a member of the Maine Bar. 

Kuhn lives in Falmouth with her husband, Jamie. They have three grown children, all of whom graduated from Falmouth Public Schools.
