- have a base knowledge of the legal responsibilities of CDS regarding IDEA 2004
- understand the contracted provider’s role within the greater system in a number of areas:
- Transition Part C to B
- Transition from PreK to K
- Primary Service Provider Model
- Eligibility determination
- Evaluation
- FAPE and LRE
