CDS Contracted Providers

Following the training CDS Contracted Providers will:
  • have a base knowledge of the legal responsibilities of CDS regarding IDEA 2004
  • understand the contracted provider’s role within the greater system in a number of areas:
        • Transition Part C to B
        • Transition from PreK to K
        • Primary Service Provider Model
        • Eligibility determination
        • Evaluation
        • FAPE and LRE
