Legislative Update: Legislature Passes Reorganization Law Changes

The Legislature gave final approval this morning to LD 2323, An Act To Remove Barriers to the Reorganization of School Administrative Units, this morning.  The House enacted the bill on a 92-41 vote Thursday night and the Senate voted 22-12 shortly after noon today. (more...)
