Module
The Student
module is online for 2006-07 updating.
Changes for 2006-07 include:

Manual
Data Entry:

The Fiscal
Responsibility selection list includes a choice for MIE Tribal Member Agreement. This is for students who have their
education paid by Maine Indian Education funding.

Upload
Process:
·
The
Student Personal and the Student Enrollment schemas for 2006-07 are the same as
last year.
·
Student
First Name and Last Name columns have been added to Enrollment Upload Results
file to allow for easier identification of errors.
·
New
Data Collection Forms (to be added at a later date):

A
new form will verify AYP Resident School.
This is an AYP requirement to match students with their sending school, not j

A
new form will capture Graduation Year for 9th grade students. This
will be separate from the student enrollment data and will not impact the
upload file.

US Arrival Date is required for all Limited English
Proficiency (LEP) students who are identified as immigrants. This will be

OS Version 10.4 – Safari and Firefox browsers have not been certified for

OS Version 10.3 – Users are reporting success with Firefox 1.5, but there are problems
with Safari 1.3.

OS Version 10.2 - Certified with Safari 1.0.3, Firefox 1.0.3, and Internet
Explorer 5.2.
