Mentors Training Mentors

Content of the Workshop:

This three-day workshop will teach participants to co-facilitate Maine’s mentor training workshops, and will help prepare school administrative units to train teacher mentors "in-house."  We strongly recommend that two to three mentors from each participating district attend this workshop to prepare as co-trainers.  This is not a mentor training; participants must be recently trained, and experienced teacher mentors.

These are three-day workshops and attendance at all three sessions is required.

We are in the process of collecting applications for our Summer 2008 Mentors Training Mentors workshops. Our first summer workshop will be held in SAD 17 Oxford Hills School District in Oxford, Maine, on July 28th, 29th, and 30th. If you are interested, please complete the application and return it to Donna Weeks by July 1, 2008.

Applications can be accessed in RTF here 2008-2009 "Mentors Training Mentors" Application.
