Reporting School Enrollment Data for PUBLIC School Systems

The EF-M-11, EF-M-12, EF-M-11E, and the EF-M-12E forms will no longer be collected. The data that in previous years was collected on these forms are now collected in the Maine Education Data Management System (MEDMS). If you are concerned that your students were not completed properly in MEDMS, please contact the MEDMS helpdesk at medms.helpdesk@maine.gov or 207- 624-6896.
