Adding Public and Private Resident Students

Note: To find the total enrollment of public + private schools, do not simply add the totals for public and private schools.  You will be double counting the students at private schools who are publicly funded, because they are reported by both the private school and the sending public unit.  Instead, add the public school count and the privately funded student count for private schools, or use Attending Enrollment.
