RE:                 MEDMS Financial System

On Monday, April 9, 2007, the MEDMS Financial System will be live and ready to receive financial data submissions beginning with your FY 2007-08 budgets.  The 2007-08 budget information and 2007-08 actual financial data will be reported to the Department of Education through the MEDMS Financial System module. Please see Administrative Letter 20, dated February 13, 2007 available at this link for additional information regarding reporting of FY 2007-08 budgets via the MEDMS Financial System:

Access to the financial system is directly through the MEDMS menu utilizing existing MEDMS usernames and passwords. MEDMS administrators should assign the ‘Financials’ application role to authorized users who require access to the financial data module. Authorized users will need to make sure that their email is included in the ‘Work Email Address’ field in the MEDMS Staff SAU screen in order to receive financial submission status emails directly from the system.
